  1. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, all ground spices and yogurt for overnight..
  2. I a large pan heat ghee add whole spices saute them for a minute..
  3. Add onions and fry till they become golden in colour.take out some of them in plate..
  4. Add tomatoes and fry till they become soft and oil comes on surface..
  5. Add marinated chicken,green cillies, potatoes and cook it by covering the lid for 45 mins..
  6. When chicken becomes tender fry it till oil comes on surface..
  7. Put chopped mint on gravy and Don't mix it..
  8. Soak rice with water for 30 min..
  9. In a large pan boil 1 litre water with 1 tblp salt,1 tsp vingar and 1 tsp oil..
  10. When water starts boiling add soaked rice.boil it 85%.
  11. Strain rice..
  12. Put a layer of rice on qorma gravy. Put fried onions.Dissolve zarda colour in 2 tbsp of water and sprinkle it on rice.sprinkle kewra water. 1 tbsp heaped ghee on each area..
  13. Cover it and cook it on medium flame for 3 min and on low flame for 15 mins..
  14. Mix it carefully. Biryani is ready..
