  6. You need 1/3 cup of Finely chopped onion.
  7. You need 1/2 cup of Finely chopped French beans.
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup of chopped mushrooms.
  9. Prepare 1/2 of minced chicken/bacon (optional ).
  10. You need 1/2 cup of broccoli.
  11. It's 3-4 of spring onions chopped.

Grease a standard quiche dish (or other round pan) with a little butter, then spread the onions and mushrooms evenly over the bottom. Scatter over the chopped ham and cheese. Slowly add the milk to the flour in a large jug. Whisk continuously so that there are no lumps, then whisk in the eggs, mustard, and salt and pepper.
